The template is good. I am adapting it to my needs and found:
issue still persists.
Check HTML code (file index.html) succeeding line 43 to line 68.
There the navigation bar is defined. The menue icon button.navbar.toogle appears after toggling breakpoint is reached when screen width is reduced continously. Cursor changes when mouse is over button. But on_click nothing happens (There should be a menue list with dropdown list).
I could find a working example code in Bootstrap documentation, chapter Navbar. Here the link: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/navbar/
