Using your email address
When you enter your email receive the download link of a product, you agree to that your email address will be added to the subscription list and share with the corresponding template author for sending target news and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the end of any of the emails received from us.
Technical support for premium themes is given directly by ThemeWagon team. Support for the themes is given for 12 months after you purchase the theme and support is specific to questions around functionality, bugs, and basic implementation. We cannot troubleshoot or give guidance about how other plugins or assets may work (or not) with our themes.
To get support for a free theme, please contact the corresponding theme author (you can get the author details by clicking the author name in the sidebar of the theme details page) or use the comment section under the theme.
If you’d like a refund or an exchange please reach out to us at [email protected]. A full or partial refund can be issued depending on your case. If you need technical help or having issues with the theme before a refund please create a support ticket first and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
